The Corrections play the kind of versatile pop music that most bands wouldn’t even attempt these days. They approach their craft with a buoyant charm and crisp clarity that denies categorization. It is with melody and rhythmic freshness that they will draw you in, and observation and intelligence that might make you a fan for years.   — Chris Trapper (The Push Stars)

What’s Up With The Corrections’ Website?

The Corrections "Let's Not Call It Love"

“Let’s Not Call It Love” CD cover

Some of you may have been wondering what has been going on with this website. Has it been completely abandoned? Has the band… (gulp)… broken up, gone their separate ways, started solo projects? No, nothing like that at all. The simple answer is that I, the (quote unquote) webmaster, have been busy/lazy to keep things up.

Additionally, I have been wanting to do a complete and long overdue overhaul of this site, which of course, takes a lot of thought and planning. If you have any ideas of what you would like to see, please drop me a message through our contact form.

In the meantime, I have been keeping up on The Corrections Facebook Page. Please “Like” us. Besides all of my witty and clever comments, you can see our tour information and latest announcements.

Two Back-to-Back Gigs in November

On November 18th, The Corrections will be playing at The Forum (or The Forvum as they spell it) in Buffalo, NY. Joining us will be a reunion of Wisdom of Children, Nick Young (Burning Daylight) and Hinkley. The following night, we will be playing with Nick Young and Hinkley in their hometown, Rochester, at The Bug Jar. More information on both of these shows coming up soon. I promise.
